This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.<br \/>\nInsofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which ELTEN is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO serves as the legal basis.<br \/>\nIf the processing of personal data is necessary to safeguard ELTEN&#8217;s legitimate interests, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DPA serves as the legal basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data erasure \/ storage period<\/strong><br \/>\nYour personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which ELTEN is subject. The data will also be deleted when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creation of log files<\/strong><br \/>\nWhenever you access the internet pages of ELTEN, temporary information is automatically stored, which is transmitted by your browser. Your information will be stored in our Customer-Relationship-Management System (\u201cCRM System\u201d) or in a comparable inquiry organization. This data is processed within the scope of pre-contractual measures required to provide the service offered, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Subsequently, the data will be deleted unless the data is still required for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
