whether about safety shoes and work shoes – the following questions are asked repeatedly. Here you will find answers that might be interesting for you and help you to find the right LOWA shoe for you.
Where can I buy LOWA safety shoes?
We work together with a Europe-wide dealer network from which you can purchase the LOWA Work Collection. We will gladly send you addresses on request. Just send us a mail to service@lowa-work.com.
Can I get LOWA safety shoes in all shops where the LOWA sports shoe collection is available?
In Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries you can get LOWA safety shoes also where you buy your LOWA shoes for your leisure time. In Germany you can buy the safety shoes from the technical trade.
Why does the imprint say "ELTEN GmbH" and not "LOWA Sportschuhe GmbH"?
ELTEN and LOWA have been working together in close partnership since 2006. ELTEN GmbH is the exclusive license partner for the LOWA Work Collection. All products come from LOWA in the usual quality – refined with the safety know-how of the specialist ELTEN.
My LOWA shoe is defective and I am not sure if it is a legitimate complaint?
Please show any such defect to the dealer where you bought your LOWA safety shoes (don’t forget your receipt!). The specialist dealer is the contact person for such questions. With his expert knowledge he can best judge what to do or whether your shoes should be sent in for repair.
I wear insoles. Can I take my LOWA safety shoes to my orthopedic shoemaker?
Many models are certified for orthopedic insoles. You will find detailed information in the technology section of our website.
